HOLIDAY LIGHT SAFARI AT THE ALEXANDRIA ZOO

From 5:30PM to 8:30PM

EVENT DETAILS

Create wonderful holiday memories with a casual stroll through the Zoo’s colorful environment sparkling with thousands of lights and whimsical lighted animal figures. Take a merry ride on the train to see even more lights and displays, visit with Santa through December 23, and enjoy a cookie courtesy of Atwood’s Bakery (while supplies last). FOTAZ members receive discounted admission ($6 per member, ages 2 & up) to Holiday Light Safari on Sundays (Dec. 4, 11, & 18). FOTAZ card and photo ID are required for discount.

Alex Winter fete is back December 8-11 and with several returning favorite attractions along with new activities for everyone to enjoy. This winter celebration is free to all ages with numerous must-see events! There will be ice skating, fireworks, holiday shopping, food trucks, live music, Jolly Junction, Ugly Sweater 5K, a gumbo cook off, the Alexandria parade, and don’t forget about Santa!
